California Department of Fish and Wildlife has partnered with Aspira for the past 18 years to create one of the most unique systems in the industry. Aspira provides California with a customized system that is flexible enough to support their growing needs as they look to provide their customers with a quick and easy system that gives them access to outdoor recreation. The recent launch of their mobile application (CDFW License) provides customers with the ability to view and store all their CDFW fishing and hunting licenses, preference points, access permits, and drawing applications in a centralized location.
Colorado Parks & Wildlife
Partner Since 1993
Colorado Parks & Wildlife (CPW) has partnered with Aspira since 1993. In 2018, CPW implemented IPAWS (Integrated Parks and Wildlife System), marking the industry's first fully integrated parks and licensing system. Aspira manages this comprehensive platform that allows users to purchase fishing and hunting licenses, campground reservations, vehicle registrations, hunting reservations, and license draws through a single cart system, serving customers both online and through 400+ license agent locations. A significant enhancement to IPAWS was the 2023 introduction of the Keep Colorado Wild Pass, which integrates with the state's DMV system and has attracted over 2 million participants by offering discounted state park access during vehicle registration renewal.
Minnesota Fish and Wildlife Division
Partner Since 1999
The Minnesota Department of Fish and Wildlife has been a longstanding partner with Aspira and uses a customized system to provide a wide range of outdoor recreational activities to their customers. Minnesota takes advantage of Aspira's variety of modules to sell fishing, hunting and draw licenses, but also processes vehicle registrations and renewals as well. One of their most unique features is harvest registrations, where hunters can either report their harvest online, through a live agent, or by using an automated reporting system.
New Jersey Department of Fish and Wildlife
Partner Since 2005

The recent integration of the saltwater registry has created a unified platform for all fishing and hunting activities, streamlining the process for New Jersey's outdoor enthusiasts.
Utah Division of Wildlife Resources

With a planned launch in September 2025, we will provide a new online interface to Utah customers and a robust draw management solution for UDWR administrators.
