Alaska State Parks
Partner Since 2017
Aspira has helped Alaska manage 123 parks since 2017. Alaska State Park units are an essential component of the Alaskan lifestyle, with locals participating in wilderness recreation at a rate twice that of the national average. By utilizing Aspira's software solutions, Alaska State Parks offers public use cabins, pavilions, campgrounds, and recreation sites available through reservations made online or Aspira's call-center.
Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection

A partner for over 25 years, Connecticut offers campgrounds in thirteen state parks or forests with over 1,400 campsites. Camping areas can be found in a variety settings including shadowy woodlands, sandy shoreline beaches, and secluded islands. A unique opportunity for visitors includes tours through the historic Gillette Castle. This medieval castle is the former home of William Gillette, most famous for his acting role portraying Sherlock Holmes. Aspira has implemented a QR code at the entrance allowing for payment electronically at Gillette Castle and all day-use areas across the state.
Delaware State Parks

Delaware State Parks has progressively expanded their utilization of Aspira's services to include camping reservations, point of sale, ticketing for both tours and waterpark access, passes and permits, and advanced beach access reservations. The partnership notably features an innovative surf fishing permit program implemented in 2023, which uses daily entrance functionality to balance conservation needs with public access through an advanced reservation system. As a 2021 National Gold Medal Award recipient for Excellence in Parks and Recreation Management, Delaware State Parks has achieved significant growth in camping, cabin stays, and overall park attendance throughout their time with Aspira.
Florida Forest Service

Florida has one of the most extensive and well-managed state forest systems in the nation, with 37 state forests covering 1.1 million acres. Since 2017, Florida Forest Service and Aspira have partnered together to manage more than 80 campgrounds offering primitive to improved campsite experiences. From camping along waterways to hiking meandering trails through the forest, there is something for everyone at Florida’s state forests.
Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites
Partner Since 1995
Georgia offers over 2,400 campsites including tent-only areas, RV pull-thru sites, primitive camping, and group camping. Tent/Trailer/RV sites offer electrical and water hook-ups, grills or fire rings, and picnic tables. Aspira partners with Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites to offer a private white label website, reservation systems, and hardware such as desktops, monitors, and receipt printers. Georgia is one of the first states to test out tablets provided by Aspira to sell point of sale items and check-in visitors outside of their visitor centers.
Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation

Aspira helps Idaho manage 27 state parks, trails, and attractions throughout every region of the state. Idaho offers a wealth of recreational opportunities including shoreline camping at Lake Cascade State Park, snowmobiling at Bear Lake State Park, and single-track mountain biking at Farragut State Park. Aspira also processes registrations for boats, snowmobiles, and other off-highway vehicles that can be utilized at Idaho's diverse state parks.
Indiana Department of Natural Resources

Aspira's partnership with Indiana State Parks spans over two decades. With more than 7,000 campsites, 200+ cabins, multiple cottages, group camps, and shelters, Indiana State Parks is one of Aspira's largest camping providers. Aspira helped launch point of sale across the state, totaling more than 140 stations. Indiana Dunes State Parks features three miles of dune lined shores on Lake Michigan and was featured as one of the best places to hike in Indiana by USA Today.
Iowa State Parks

Entering the 15th year of partnership with Aspira, Iowa State Parks offers camping enthusiasts a wide variety of camping opportunities in 55 parks, recreation areas, and state forests. If camping isn't your style, try out a camping cabin, yurt, or family cabin. Aspria provides accommodation and permit solutions, along with credit card terminals for their hardware needs.
Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks

Kansas has 28 state parks that offer a variety of hiking, camping, wildlife watching, fishing, bike riding, horseback riding, and other activities for visitors. Most offer utility and primitive camping and access to lakes, trails, wildlife areas, and preserved natural areas. Kansas utilizes many of Aspira's flagship features, from gift cards to point of sale. They were the driver behind Aspira's first branded camping app, Campit KS, which allows campers to search for campsites and book directly. Aspira also helps release all of Kansas's inventory through two rush events in mid-December each year.
Kentucky Department of Parks

The Kentucky state park system includes 52 parks and one interstate park with facilities for meetings and conferences, luxury accommodations, camping, golf, education, and more. Kentucky utilizes many of Aspira's offerings, including centralized camping reservations and registrations, point of sale, financial management, marketing services, and support services.
Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation
Partner since 1999
For over 25 years, Aspira has partnered with Massachusetts to oversee 450,000 acres of the state's parks and forests, beaches, bike trails, watersheds, dams, and parkways. The department also protects land and resources on privately and municipally held land. Aspira provides a commercial, off-the-shelf system for Massachusetts, while ensuring the park system's custom business rules such as minimum stay lengths and resident vs. non-resident fees are automatically calculated and implemented during the booking process.
Montana State Parks

Since 2011, Montana State Parks has worked with Aspira to provide consumer access to their state parks. Over time, Montana has engaged Aspira to support management of camping and day-use reservations for families and groups, marina slip reservations for boaters and anglers, and tour and ticket purchase for Montana State Park attractions.
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission

Nebraska has been one of Aspira's partners since 2007. Nebraska's park system encompasses 86 areas across the state, with popular activities such as boating, hiking, and RV and tent camping. Aspira provides Nebraska’s reservation and point of sale solutions. In 2017, Aspira integrated Nebraska’s Poynt payment processing system with the Aspira One software program.
New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation

Collaborating since 2007, Aspira assists New Hampshire State Parks with managing over 73 state parks, campgrounds, historic sites, natural areas, and thousands of miles of trails. New Hampshire takes advantage of a variety of Aspira's features, including check-in software, venue management, ticketing, point of sale, and enhanced insights into occupancy, revenue, and attendance.
New Mexico State Parks

Since 2007, Aspira has helped New Mexico State Parks manage 35 diverse state parks (28 of which have camping facilities) for campers to explore, including cool lakes, mountain forests, canyons, desert beauty, and fascinating historical sites. In 2024, Aspira implemented rental functionality for ADA Trackchair rentals at Manzano Mountains State Park. Since going live with this feature, New Mexico parks leadership have received excellent feedback from visitors for this initiative.
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation & Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation

New York State Parks welcomes millions of visitors each year to enjoy the natural, environmental, historic, and cultural resources of the State. Accommodations offered include campsites, cabins, cottages, yurts, and backcountry camping areas for overnight stays. Aspira provides the solutions to reserve these overnight accommodations, along with day-use reservations such as picnic areas, pavilions, and marinas. Aspira provides the solutions for New York State Parks to operate a customer loyalty program which awards points that can be used toward overnight reservations.
North Carolina State Parks

North Carolina State Parks provides recreational activities to more than 500,000 customers each year and provides access to 36 parks across the state. North Carolina provides lodging, camping, and events to their customers, the latter using a customized version of the system. Aspira partners with North Carolina State Parks to provide connectivity and point of sale access to all their parks and customers.
Oklahoma Travel and Recreation Department

Oklahoma State Parks, part of the Oklahoma Travel and Recreation Department (OTRD), recently partnered with Aspira in a rapidly executed six-month implementation, creating an innovative multi-vendor central reservation system. The comprehensive system manages 35 state parks spanning 60,000 acres, including 1,800 campsites, 400+ cabins, 6 lodges, and 7 golf courses, serving nearly 12 million annual visitors. Aspira's solution integrates campground reservations, lodge bookings, golf tee times, and daily entry management into one cohesive platform, marking a significant advancement in Oklahoma's park management capabilities.
Oregon Parks and Recreation Department

A partnership that is nearly three decades in the making, Oregon’s state parks are among the most popular in the United States and consistently ranks among the 10 most visited in the nation. Aspira worked with Oregon to move their system away from a mail-in reservation system to a centralized system in the mid-90’s. Today, Oregon serves as one of the leaders in park-technology advancement and adoption.
Pennsylvania State Parks

Aspira partners with Pennsylvania State Parks to provide technology solutions for a wide range of facilities including cabins, yurts, deluxe cottages, and various campsite types, as well as 42 marinas with both transient (float-in) and seasonal slips. Pennsylvania utilizes Aspira's camping, marina, backpacking, and point of sale modules to facilitate unique offerings like river camping with itinerary planning for canoe and kayak enthusiasts.
Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management

Rhode Island offers 9 state park and forestry campgrounds with over 1,000 campsites located within in woodlands, freshwater lakes, and have some located minutes from Rhode Island's beautiful saltwater beaches. The sites range from primitive to developed sites with electric, water, and sewer hookups. In 2023, the state incorporated the Forestry division into Aspira's contract to provide opportunities for visitors to reserve equestrian and backcountry sites.
Texas Parks and Wildlife

Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) has partnered with Aspira to enhance their operational capabilities across more than 80 state parks, historic sites, and natural areas. The system enables comprehensive visitor services including campground reservations, day-use bookings, activity reservations, and equipment rentals across Texas's diverse landscapes from desert terrain to pine forests. TPWD pioneered Aspira's innovative kiosk solution, which has served over 50,000 visitors through self-service check-ins and day-use pass purchases. The partnership leverages multiple of Aspira's products including private label website management, point of sale, and marketing to provide a complete park management solution.
Utah State Parks and Recreation

Aspira assists Utah State Parks with managing cabins, cottages, yurts, tiny homes, and more than 2,000 campsites. In 2024, Aspira integrated credit card on file functionality for many site types to help Utah Parks recoup money for any damages caused at their parks.
Vermont State Parks

Vermont State Parks partnered with Aspira in 2018 moving to a full-service reservation system offering campsites, cabins, helters, an extensive day use collection and point-of-sale. Vermont offers an online store which allows customers to purchase annual passes and retail merchandise. Vermont has 55 developed state parks offering outdoor recreation for visitors to enjoy their world-renowned natural resources.
